Why do you not mention state retirees when you talk about the budget. We have been neglected for several years. We paid our 6% every paycheck. Our money was invested. Stock market has boomed the last few years? What is the state doing with the money that is supposed to provide us with raises? Is our money providing others with raises?
I think we deserve an explaination.
