Democrats' racism and sexism being unmasked

The political affairs of the democratic party of Virginia with Gov. Ralph Northam and Atty. Gen. Mark Herring accused and found in black face during their college years, as well as Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax accused of sexual assault and most recently rape in the past shows a foul side of identity politics. If these were Republicans, media outrage would demand swift moving justice not the feet dragging for Democrats. My face has been black all of my life and I’ve seen as well as felt, the mock and shame heaped on people of color by comedians, politicians who speak with forked tongues and those seeking political correctness in situations where both sides pit folks to corner positions of extreme, hoping to win the African American vote.
When Roy Moore a former member of the Alabama Supreme Court and candidate for the US Senate was accused of having sexual relationships with those underage and those between 16 and 22, there was righteous indignation expressed by democrats up and down as well as many Republicans. A boundary seemed to be crossed which so upset many as if such involved their own daughters. When Bill Clinton was openly involved with women other than his wife, the media was and still remains largely quiet but are all over Donald Trump for accusations largely within the same vein. Painting Republicans as sexist, the disdain expressed by the silent no more red sea of dissent was fostered within that party. Hillary Clinton in losing the Presidency to Donald Trump depicted his supporters as a basket of deplorables while President Obama felt they clung to their guns.
Now Virginia’s Lt. Gov. Fairfax, a black man, is weighed under by two alleged sexual assault cases. Is he feeling the bain of racism in the hyper-sexualization of black males as does the media flaunting of white women with black men. This infuriates many from the KKK mantra as well as many women of color who are being left out of the perceived beauty market.
The February 5, 2019 expose’ in the Washington Examiner depicting the stance for segregation taken by former Vice President Joe Biden, in his bid for a US Senate run, clearly paints the expediency taken by democrats using blacks to drum up their crowd just as some accused Willie Horton ads were as fodder for Republicans. The Kennedy brothers—John F. as well as Robert also manipulated Civil Rights issues for their own political gains while only Lyndon B. Johnson had the chits to pull the votes bringing the south into the fold for the 1964 Civil Rights Bill. By the way this did no more than the Republican generated 1866 Civil Rights legislation would have done had not the democrats voted against such.
The Wilmington, NC Riots of 1868 too often paints whites in the south as slaughterers of blacks but ignores a truer story. In Wilmington, the black Republicans had gained political control of this sea port. Whites and black democrats tried to remove them from power resorting to the execution of some and putting others on the rail road out of town (hence the term railroading). This was an attack on Black Republican influence and Republicans in general much the same as is being seen today.
Chris Cuomo (media Democrat) asked of Kamala Harris that given her parentage if she is qualified (Non-Naturalized Parents applying for Citizenship 5 years before her birth [14 years is Constitutionally required]) to run for president. Those who question Barack Obama’s citizenship found him largely given a pass without production of the standard documents before he ran (birth certificate, documentation of education status and associated debts, etc.) Are we willing to allow non-citizens to run for President or to vote without verification of their legal residence status? Elizabeth Warren who advantaged herself throughout her life from college to law school to political presence claimed to be a Native American without so much as registration on a tribal registry to acknowledgement by her public record of any affiliation with such tribes Will we expose the truth of another side of the Revered Doctor Martin Luther King, Jr. whose personal flaws were many and might be viewed as sexist exploitation of women? Will the FBI files when released be overlooked or Ralph Abernathy’s hints that such happened ignored?
Though blacks are visibly identifiable to the majority of us, with the burgeoning Hispanic population due to unchecked illegal immigration, aborting of potential future children, disproportionate incarceration of our men, infestation of our souls with drugs and so much more, we now find ourselves a disparate minority among minorities. This forebodes a loss of political power and prestige as increasingly we see displacement of black representatives much the same as integration did to our schools and job opportunities. It clearly points the way to why black lives may not matter in the scheme of things for institutionalized racism at the hands of democrats remains overlooked while they control voter registration of often unsubstantiated voters.
The cause of opportunity while ignoring equality is not served by destroying legacies of achievement. Let the monuments stand as witness to the brutality experienced in trying to establish a “true” national democracy.
