After SPIN! - Question to Chris Fitzsimon: "Blue Cross Blue Shield recently released costs of 1,200 non-emergency medical procedures and it showed there was a wide disparity in the charges made by different hospitals. Some believe it will force high cost providers to lower their fees. What impact, if any, do you think it will have?"
