After SPIN! "Question to Chris Fitzsimon and John Hood – In addition to April Fool’s Day Wednesday was also Census Day and data indicates our state is not participating at the same rate as many other states. It only takes four minutes to fill out the census questionnaire, so what’s the reason why North Carolinians aren’t completing their surveys? What can be done to get us to comply?"
