After SPIN! "Question to Doug Raymond – We talked at length about the court decision that declared two of our Congressional Districts unconstitutional because they were created by racial motivation and ordered our legislature to meet to redraw them. An appeal of this decision now rests with the U.S. Supreme Court but there is increasing speculation that we will not hold Congressional primaries in March, as scheduled. What are the advantages and disadvantages to postponing them to a date later this spring or summer?"
