After SPIN! Video: Will we get a political party for moderates?
Published November 7, 2017
After SPIN! "Question to John and Chris – Our mutual friend D. G. Martin posted an interesting piece this week asserting that Far Right-Wingers are forcing moderate Republicans out of the party, while Ultra-Liberals are also forcing moderates out of the Democratic party. Do you agree with this assessment? if so, where are the moderates going to go?"

James Laurie says:
We have a party of moderates; "unaffiliateds", and it is the fastest growing party in North Carolina.

Sarah Wagner says:
The Libertarian Party of North Carolina is open to voters who no longer feel at home in the Republican or Democratic Parties. Moderates and anyone interested in ending the partisan gridlock, finding practical solutions to North Carolina's problems, and furthering the ideas of freedom are encouraged to check out there local LP affiliate.
Citizens interested in running for office in North Carolina in 2018 are also welcome to contact Politics@lpnc.org to discuss how their policy ideas and candidacy can be supported by the Libertarian Party of North Carolina.
Remember that in North Carolina, we have 3 parties, not 2 and that bipartisan is not the same as nonpartisan.
