"Question to Chris and John – At the request of Senate Minority Leader Dan Blue the fiscal research staff of the legislature issued a projection saying that North Carolina’s state budget would experience a budget shortfall in 2019. Republican leaders say it was erroneous because they won’t allow expenditures to rise as much as the staff projected. Blue and Democrats say it points out how the Republican’s budget cuts will hurt the state. What say you?"
