After SPIN! "Question to Connie Wilson – North Carolinians will be voting on a $2 billion bond package to build and repair public buildings but many worry that the vote will be hurt because there’s nothing in the package for roads. Lawmakers said they didn’t need to have a separate road bond referendum because they ended Highway Fund transfers and raised DMV fees. How much of a problem will this be when voters decide on the bond package?"
