After SPIN! "Question to Doug Raymond – Once again a Northeaster has washed away NC Highway 12, prompting more to question why we keep patching this road rather than providing a more permanent fix, like an elevated road along more vulnerable spots. As someone who lives in this section of our state - is it just costs that are holding back a permanent solution or do people who live there just don’t want it?"
