After SPIN! "Question to John and Rob – We talk a lot about rural problems in our state. The Insider’s Colin Campbell wrote a piece proclaiming that one reason for rural area’s lack of growth is because of an infrastructure crisis. There are many municipal water and sewer systems that are taxed to capacity or in poor repair. We’ve known we had a public infrastructure problem in our state for years. Why hasn’t our legislature been willing to provide the help to expand or repair these systems?"
