After SPIN! Video: Why do NC Cabinet Secretaries deserve large pay increases?

After SPIN "Question to John Hood and Chris Fitzsimon – This week it was reported that Governor Cooper had given his cabinet secretaries pay increases of 10 percent or more. In a year when rank and file state employees got a $1,000 increase and teachers got nominal increases some of our cabinet secretaries now make as much as $217,000 per year. Cooper says raises are needed to attract and keep good people. What’s your opinion?"

Pay raises are required to attract and keep active Democrats who won't bolt at the first sign of political failure, like right now!
