After SPIN! "Question for Patrick Sebastian and Rufus Edmisten – These are serious time with serious issues, so it is refreshing for a change to discuss topics that aren’t quite so urgent. In many cities across our state the discussion is about bird….to be specific the Bird electronic scooters that have popped up in large numbers. To ride, a person has to download an app, pledge to be over 16 and that he or she will wear a helmet. But an increasing number of accidents, coupled with obvious disregard for the terms has many communities considering stringent regulations. What’s your comment on the e-scooters?"
