After SPIN! Video: What do you think of "tabling" changes at the Legislative Building?

After SPIN! "Question to Bev Perdue and Leo Daughtry – Both of you spent a lot of time in the legislative building and no doubt are familiar with the longstanding practice of “tabling,” allowing organizations to set up displays in the legislative courtyards. We just learned that tabling is no longer allowed. Organizations are told to use the legislative cafeteria…which I remember as being very small. What’s our opinion of this new rule in what is known as the “people’s house?”
