Polls are flawed. Very low response rates produce highly self selected participants and nowhere near the desired (but flawed) demographic mix. So the poll uses 8 year old flawed Census data to manipulate the raw numbers to achieve the desired result. They do not publish the response rate, they do not publish the raw data, they do not describe in sufficient detail how the raw data was manipulated.
