Is the process for selecting/electing Board members the same now as it was when democrats ran roughshod over the state? Or have the Republicans somehow changed the process so it's less open, less 'democratic', more partisan?
Somehow I doubt things have changed. The only thing that's changed is that Republicans are doing the selecting now and not liberals.
