After SPIN! "Question to Andy Taylor and Joe Stewart – Last Monday’s debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump featured a new format where the moderator asks a question and both candidates have two minutes to answer but then the candidates can debate back and forth between themselves. Comment on whether you think this new format is more or less effective than previous debates."
