After SPIN! Video: Was $19 Million pork projects or necessary appointments?

After Spin! "Question to Chris Fitzsimon – For many years it was the tradition for each legislator to get a set amount of money each year to use for pork barrel projects in his or her district. Republicans protested the tradition and it was supposedly discontinued but we have learned that some 19 million dollars was doled out this year…much of it in the districts of the House Speaker and Senate budget leader. Are these in fact pork barrel projects or necessary appropriations?"
