After SPIN - "Question to Bob Orr – There is increasing discussion about requiring law enforcement officers to wear cameras and even putting cameras on school busses. The question that is arising is whether government officials would be required to make the videos public. This seems like a case ripe for first amendment debates. What’s your take on it?"
