After SPIN! "Question to John and Chris – Governor Cooper recently issued an executive order that allows all state agencies under his control to grant up to eight weeks of paid parental leave. UNC has opted to allow this leave but some council of state officers are not going along with the new benefit. What’s your opinion of this leave and should it apply evenly to all state employees?"
