After SPIN! "Question to Howard Lee – The Greensboro News-Record recently wrote an editorial saying North Carolina needs to abolish the law trying 16 year olds as adults, saying most have a chance to be rehabilitated but sending them to adult prisons almost certainly ensures they will become repeat offenders. Do you agree we should raise the age to try teens as adults and, if so, what age should it be?"
