"Question to Doug Raymond – The State Board of Education is considering a policy change that would allow struggling Public Schools to have more of the flexibility that charter schools now have. Charters don’t have to follow all state rules and policies, can add days to the school calendar and have flexibility in teacher pay. What do you think of giving these low-performing schools more flexibility and should we consider giving it to all schools?"
