After SPIN! - "Question to Becki Gray – The legislature is considering a bill that would eliminate the ability of local governments from regulating the design and aesthetics of one and two story family houses. Why do lawmakers feel this is necessary and what do you think of it?

Local communities should have a say with new housing construction. If a town wants the houses to be all brick, why not? A community wants to have homes with a certain level of quality.
