After SPIN! Video: Should Duke Energy be using NC hog waste instead of importing it?

After SPIN! "Question to Becki Gray – In 2007 the legislature passed a law requiring utility companies to derive some of their energy from renewable fuels. Pardon the pun but some are raising a stink that Duke should be using pig manure from North Carolina instead of importing it from other states. What’s your take on this?"
