After SPIN! "Question to Rufus Edmisten and Leo Daughtry – North Carolina law requires that slower vehicles get in the right lane of four lane highways but we all know that law is often violated. New legislation before the General Assembly would impose a $200 fine on slow drivers who impede traffic in the left lane and won’t move over. What’s your reaction to this legislation?"

Make the truck law apply for all vehicles. Keep right except to pass. Simple.
