After SPIN! "Question to Rufus Edmisten and Rick Henderson – The craft beer industry is growing rapidly in our state and on Friday craft beer brewers went to court to challenge two of our state’s laws, namely the provision that requires that after they sell more than 25,000 barrels they are required to use distributors. They are also challenging our franchise law which, they say gives distributors oppressive, one sided contracts and control of their product. We don’t know the verdict of this case but would like your take on it."

You always know Democrats are involved when there are restrictions which impose the old guild system on modern business. NC entrepreneurs need as much freedom as we can get because other states are loosening regulations and mopping up. I lived in Texas 7 years and watched the process of development while the rest of the country "led from behind." So behind we are.
