Question to John Hood and Chris Fitzsimon – 5th District Congresswoman Virginia Foxx wrote an op ed piece in the Wall Street Journal New Year’s Eve that said the language we use in education is classist. Simply saying that a Community College or University education is higher education infers that trade schools or vocation education is lower or inferior. She says that if we are to break the stigma associated with some forms of education we will never overcome the abiding sense of inequality and unfairness that so many Americans feel. Your reaction to her premise."

One minor point in the "Words Matter" discussion -- Speaking of Higher Education and Vocational Training seems to be a slur against those who do not go on to college or higher education.
