"Question to Rufus Edmisten – Several civil rights organizations have petitioned the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate North Carolina’s prisons, saying that North Carolina is moving too slow on prison reform. They especially complain about solitary confinement practices. What do you think of their complaints.
