After SPIN! "Question to Chris Fitzsimon – Recently we discussed Senator Tom Apodaca’s bill that would have reduced tuition as historically black universities to $500 per semester. Many claimed the intent was to close down some of these schools. Apodaca later gutted much of the bill. Tell us what’s left in it and what you think about the legislation."
