After SPIN! "Question to John Hood – State Auditor Beth Wood recently released an audit that showed that CCNC, Community Care North Carolina, was indeed saving the state money on Medicaid recipients. The John Locke Foundation and others have been critical of this agency. Does this audit justify their existence and continued funding by the state?"

Anything should save money over a government bureaucrat system that has been the default for Medicaid. As Mr. Hood states that does not mean it is the only/best alternative to the government bureaucrat system.
