After SPIN! Video: How can we close the skills gap with new jobs?

After SPIN! "Question to Dennis Wicker and Connie Wilson - RTI in Research Triangle Park just released a report which indicated that the Triangle region should expect 34,000 new jobs to be created over the next three years but the problem is there is a skills gap between workers and the skills needed for these jobs. The same is true elsewhere in North Carolina. What must we do to close this gap, who needs to be in charge of doing so and how long are we going to talk about it before we take serious action?"
