After SPIN! "Question to Bob Orr – UNC Chapel Hill responded to the NCAA notice of allegations, essentially telling that body they had no business interfering in academic matters. More than a few are saying UNC is continuing to practice an avoidance of responsibility and is mostly pointing fingers of blame. You’ve been involved in these investigations. What do you think? Has UNC done enough to fix the academic problems?"
