After SPIN! "Question to Bob Orr – Senator Thom Tillis recently said that the Senate has treated President Obama no better and no worse in federal judicial appointments than has been done under former President George Bush. As someone who obviously watches this process I’d like to know your response to his statement and further ask your opinion as to whether this process is broken and needs fixing."
