After SPIN - "Question to John Hood – A group calling themselves Mainstreet or moderate Democrats has lashed out at the legislature for not passing economic incentives, saying the legislature is hurting North Carolina’s competitiveness in attracting new industry. They say our state has limited tools and no clear-cut policy for economic development. Comment on this statement."
