After SPIN! "Question to Howard Lee – On the last NC SPIN we talked about the tension between charter schools and traditional public schools. Our legislature has indicated they think public schools are failing and are expanding choices for parents, including vouchers for private schools. You are heavily involved in education issues and we would like to know your opinions. Are too many public schools failing? Is our oversight of charter schools too lax? How will we know if our school voucher program is working?"
