After SPIN! "Question to Chris Fitzsimon – As we said on NC SPIN the legislature has just come back off a weeklong break. A trio of groups advocating for low-income workers say they don’t begrudge legislators for taking time off and believe that all workers should be able to take time off, especially when they are sick. They are trying to get the legislature to pass a bill authorizing workers to receive one hour of sick leave for every 30 hours they work or a maximum of 4 sick days per year. What are the chances of this passing our legislature?"
