After SPIN! Video - 12/07/14 - Question to Chris Fitzsimon – "Smart phones, tablets and the Internet have brought us many advances. One is that we can go online and a ride using services like Uber and Lyft. Taxi companies and others say there needs to be more government regulation of these services because we regulate regular taxis and for safety reasons. What do you think?"

That answer was as predictable as the sun rising in the east. Not understanding the technology and appreciating the power the customer has to NOT accept a ride from someone who does not provide them with sufficient information for the customers (not some government bureaucrat... or Chris) tastes. Chris loves the nanny State... except for on particular medical procedure... so there is hope for him I suppose.
