After SPIN! Video - 11/9/14 - Question to Chris Fitzsimon - "North Carolina’s gas taxes are among the highest in the nation but developers, utilities, outdoor advertisers and other businesses don’t pay actual costs for DOT services. DOT is considering shifting more of the burden of funding to businesses and perhaps reducing gas taxes. What do you think of this proposal?"
