After SPIN! Video - 11/23/14 - Question to John Hood - "Senator Bob Rucho has suggested that the upcoming session of the General Assembly might consider distributing sales tax revenues a different way. Instead of the revenues going back to the county from which the sale was made Rucho suggested distributing it on a per-capita basis. What do you think of the idea?"
