After SPIN! Video - 11/2/14 - Question to Chris – "This week a legislative committee heard recommendations that Medicaid remain under the Department of Health and Human Services but be governed by a separate board. What’s your reaction to that suggestion?"

Get the DHHS waiver to eliminate Medicaid and place all low income residents into the ACA Marketplace where they can purchase real healthcare insurance with full subsidy for their premium and Federal tax deductions/State subsidy for their out of pocket expenses.
