After SPIN! Video - 11/16/14 - Question to John Hood - "The legislature passed laws requiring Duke Energy to clean up coal ash pits. In September the company submitted plans to comply but the Department of Environment and Natural resources rejected their plan and gave them 30 days to resubmit a plan. Why? What about the Duke plan is unacceptable and what does DENR want them to do?"
