After SPIN! - Question to John Hood: "For many years you have opposed economic incentives to businesses. The governor is going to release a plan that is expected to request expansion of those funds, especially as we now understand that two auto manufacturers might be looking at locating in North Carolina. Is it realistic to believe we will stop offering incentives? Should we make exceptions for large projects like auto manufacturing plants? How do we get off this incentive merry-go-round?"
