After SPIN! - Question to Rob Schofield and John Hood - the state Legislature will be heading back to Raleigh on July 11 then again in September, will we have a budget to finalize? All eyes will be on Washington to see what type of additional stimulus Congress will pass. What type of stimulus should be considered to help out our states and how is our budget going?
