After SPIN! - "Question to Gene Arnold: We frequently talk about teacher pay but don’t talk so much about how and how much we pay our principals. Senator Jerry Tillman has filed a bill in the legislature that would allocate more money so as to incentivize more people to become principals. Is this a problem? It is commonly agreed that a great principal helps lead a great school and improves education. What do you think of this bill and the idea behind it?"
