After SPIN! - Question to Chris Fitzsimon: "A memo posted on the General Assembly’s website lists new rules for gathering in the legislature’s second floor rotunda. It says the new rules are established so that lawmakers and staffers can conduct business without obstructions. This was obviously an attempt to manage the Moral Monday crowds in the building. What’s your reaction to the new rules and what do you think will happen as a result of them?"
