After SPIN! 1/18/15 - Question to John: "The Governor and Raleigh Mayor announced a deal for the state to sell the Dorothea Dix property. The state would be selling 308 acres of land in downtown Raleigh for $52 million dollars…and would lease office space in the current buildings for $1 a dollar a year. What do you think of this proposal?"

How much is it going to cost just to get plans for this disney land idea? Where is Raleigh going to get the money? I am sure there are parks in Raleigh that need work? So I am sure vistors to Raleigh will pay more in Hotel and othe taxes.
The big question what is the total cost of developimg this idea? I would almost bet this will put the city in Raleigh in so much debt, they will have to cut programs everywhere else.
