After SPIN! Video 09/21/14 - Question to Connie Wilson: "Secretary Aldona Wos and the Department of Health and Human Services appeared before the Joint Governmental Operations Committee again and reported that Medicaid had $63 million in unspent funds as of year’s end but admitted that because of problems with NC Tracks they still don’t have solid handle on what they are spending. The question most are asking is did Medicaid end the year in the black for the first time since 2006. What do you think?"
