After SPIN! 09/21/14 - Question to John Hood: "The State Controller’s office reports that state revenue collections for the first two months of the fiscal year are $200 million short of what they were last year and projects revenues might be as much as $1 billion by the end of the year. With the second year of tax cuts we expected a shortfall this year but shouldn’t this large amount concern the Governor and our legislators?"
